Easter White Chocolate Crockpot/Slow Cooker Fudge Recipe – I love how easy this Easter slow cooker fudge is to make, but how pretty the final effect is.  The kids love it and it makes great Easter gifts for people.  Wrap a few cubes in some cellophane wrap, tie with an Easter ribbon and you are good to go!

Instructions for Easter White Chocolate Slow Cooker Fudge

  1. Place all the white chocolate buttons in the crockpot. You can also use regular bars of white chocolate, just break it up to make sure it melts easier.  Add in the butter and the tin of condensed milk into the crockpot/slow cooker.

  1. Leave the lid off and stir with a metal spoon (rather than wooden spoon).  Leaving the lid off stops condensation from forming in the crockpot, as the water dripping back in isn’t good for the fudge.  Also, make sure you put the crockpot on low!
  2. Stir the fudge every fifteen minutes.  I cooked mine for about an hour and a half, and just stirred it periodically as I was doing other kitchen chores. If you have a smart speaker then set it to remind you.
  3. Line a container with grease-proof paper.  I used a ceramic dish of around 10” x 7”.  But just use this as a guide and use what you have handy.
  4. Pour the mix into the container and smooth it so it’s of even depth throughout.

  1. I added Mini Eggs in neat lines. You could also use M&M’s to decorate, or anything you fancied really!  Then pop the dish in the fridge for about an hour until it is set. Once set, remove the fudge from the dish by gently lifting it out using the greaseproof paper. Then carefully peel away the paper.
  2. I put a large knife in a jug of hot water to heat it up.  I had a tea-towel handy and dried the knife in between cuts.  Because the knife was hot it cut the fudge easier and made a neater job.  I cut in between my rows of Mini Eggs so that I ended up with one of the Mini Eggs per cube of fudge.
  3. You can use anything to decorate but the eggs are perfect for Easter!
